Why wont my Conical Burr Grinder with Scale let me select the number of cups/grams I want?

If cups/grams is unresponsive, check that the container is empty. 

If that does not resolve the issue, check that the grinding area is clean and re-zero the scale using the steps below. You can also find this information in your user manual.

1. Place the new container on the base. 

2. Press and hold the OXO button. The screen will pass through the mode selection screen. Afterwards, a 3 second countdown will appear. Continue to hold down during the countdown.  When the countdown reaches “0 g” the Grinder will zero with the new container, display “0 g” or “0 cup” and be ready to use again.

3. If unplugged, Grinder will remember this container. When changing to a different container or switch back to the included grounds container, please repeat steps 1 and 2.
