Merchandise may be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days from the shipping date. After 30 days, only unused and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund. OXO products must be unopened to receive refund.

  

### Flawed or Defective Product

If your product has a material or workmanship flaw, you may return it within two years of its manufacture date. To find the manufacture date, check the label inside of the product.

  

### Refund Information

Please allow up to 4 weeks for return processing once your return has been received at our warehouse. Shipping charges are not refundable.
